The Pavilion at Big Papa's Place, LLC

The Pavilion is on a 3 acre water-front lot on Hicks Lake in south Washington County Florida. The facility has water, electric, an outside kitchen, a bath-house with a shower, a playground for children, paved walking paths and a paved boat ramp. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and has a perfect view of the sunset over the lake. The lake itself is great for swimming, skiing, tubing, fishing and other water sports. The Pavilion and grounds are available to rent by the day. A day is defined as a 14 hour period of time from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday only. The rate is $600 per day and includes full use of the property and its facilities (Campers are privately owned and are excluded). There will also be a $250 refundable damage and clean-up deposit. This rate also includes a staff person on premises to make sure everything is functional and in good working order.
