From where did we come? The Source team came from many different states, a few of us even a different country- some of us speak many languages and some of us think "y'all" is a language of its own; some of us grew up where 20” of snow accumulation was the norm, and some of us grew up right here in sunny Orange County, California. It's safe to say we are a diverse staff who has come together as a family because of our passion for creativity. Our staff is comprised of 75% millennials who thrive in a collaborative working environment and who have never experienced the dreadful 'Monday Blues' come Sunday evening.

We live what we create. We believe in creating working environments that inspire personnel; an environment that promotes collaboration at its finest. Collaboration manifests creativity. Our team is more than individuals who simply work together; our team is a family.
