I have been consulting with athletes, coaches and parents - including several Canadian National Teams and a U.S. National Training Center - since graduating with my M.A. in Sport Psychology in 1987.
I taught ESS 220 - Psychology of Sport at Smith College from 1999 to 2015.
I have been educating Sport Coaches about sport psychology since 1987 as a Facilitator with the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) and American Sport Education Program (ASEP).
I have taught Stress Management both at Dawson College (Montreal) and Smith College (Massachusetts).
