Former Smith College Exercise & Sports Studies Lecturer Tim Bacon, M.A., CSCS has been training athletes, coaches, and "everyday" clients since 1987.
He uses the world renowned EXOS training approach featuring functional equipment like the TRX Suspension Trainer and RipTrainer, stability balls, and mini-bands.
Rates start at $25 per half hour and training can take place in your home, local park or school yard, or at one of Tim's Northampton or Florence training spaces.

Unlike most personal trainers, Tim has been teaching the theory and practice of fitness training (including nutrition) at the college level and to sport coaches since 1992 and has a graduate degree in Physical Education in addition to the highest level of training certification (CSCS). He has been been training athletes using since 1988, and started using the EXOS (formerly Core Performance) approach in 2007, and the TRX in 2010.
