At Studio 509 we aim to provide mind and body health and wellness through the joys of movement. Whether through fitness or dance we foster sound biomechanics for all ages, different fitness needs, and various health goals. In fine tuning your movement techniques, mindful body stimulation, and thoughtful awareness, you will discover true freedom of movement and expression and the many therapeutic effects it provides. We offer private sessions in Gyrotonic, Pilates and TRX as well as a wide variety of group classes.
