The Summit houses three full-sized exercise studios and a Cardio Theater equipped with 15 spin bikes, treadmills and elliptical's.
Aerobic Room A features 8 plyo jump boxes, jump ropes, resistance bands, kettle bells, dumbbells, body-bars, battle rope and more!

From aerobic training to flexibility, these studios will help you get back into shape or step up your current fitness.

If weight training is what you are looking for, you will find it in the Summit's strength training studio. This studio features over 5,200 pounds of free weights and dumb bells and Paramount machine-assisted training stations.

Our kids' fitness and interactive gaming studio offers state-of-the-art equipment made for developing bodies. This equipment is not only a great way to introduce a healthy lifestyle, it is just plain fun and includes:
