Nothing has the power to transform the world more than discipling men!

There is a man problem in the world today! If we look at all the failings and problems in our culture today - divorce, crime, abortion, juvenile crime, and fatherlessness–it can all be traced back to the failure of men! As a society our focus has been on treating the symptoms rather than the source. My passion and the passion of Man in the Mirror are to meet men where they are, introduce them to a relationship with Jesus Christ and solve these problems at the source-“The Man Problem!” It’s a systematic problem that requires a systematic solution!

Not just the men outside of the church struggling and failing, in fact men inside the church are facing the same struggles, temptations and failures! Divorce, raising children, debt, jobs, weak faith, balancing work and family-these are just a few of the struggles and problems men inside the church face, problems that rob men of their faith, their joy, and their effectiveness. In fact men inside the church aren’t doing any better then the men outside the church.

What is the answer? We aren’t discipling men to be followers of Jesus Christ. We aren’t teaching men to biblically address these issues in their lives. We are teaching Biblical Manhood in our churches. We are not helping men to understand what it takes to be a godly man, godly husband and a godly father.

That is why I am so passionate about this position with Man in the Mirror! As an Area Director I will use the proven training of Man in the Mirror to help local churches to reach and disciple every man in their church and community. We offer churches a systematic process to disciple men and put them on the road to Biblical Manhood. Instead of throwing events and activities at guy once or twice a year, I'll help churches provide value to men and build a sustainable process that really works!!
