SWEAT by Dr. FiT is the first Hybrid Multi-functional Training Facility in Arkansas; as well as, a TRX host training facility. This facility will combine custom designed and sports specific equipment that is focused on functional strength training and offer private, group, TRX classes, youth fitness and sports performance training. Our training philosophy is simple, "Redefining Fitness." That is why we prefer to change lifestyles with a fitness component that is centered around a training experience and not a good workout.
