Taste of Miami Catering is a full service restaurant and catering service, based in Red Oak, TX. It is owned and operated by Chef Carline, a native of Miami, FL. Carline has cultivated the art of Authentic Caribbean cuisine through family recipes that have been passed down through the generations.
