The Living Room

The Living Room is Killeen's first and only location that features a living room-style setting for your custom event! That's right!

The warm tones set the perfect atmosphere for any occasion. Imagine, your Baby Shower, theme or no theme, and NO CLEAN UP at the end. Just like at home, you'll have a designated space for food, gifts and guests!

Not having a Baby Shower? Great. Hold anything from Graduation Parties to Bridal Showers to Birthday Parties and more!
Can seat comfortably up to 55 people with a maximum capacity of up to 90 people. Let us provide the space and intimacy of a private setting while you provide all the enjoyment your special day deserves.

Want to bring food? No problem, you may bring in as much food as you'd like. We also have a Kitchen Prep area for an additional charge.

Venue Rentals are as Follows:
Classic Package: $250
This package includes all seating in the living room space, back room space, blue-tooth/wireless speaker, TV and free WiFi.

Foodies & Fun Package: $350
This package includes everything from the Classic Package and also includes tableware/flatware, food warmers, drink dispensers and ivory or black linen on all tables. Everything that you would need to eat and drink from would be provided. Just bring food!

The Ultimate Package: $425
This package is one stop shop and includes everything from the Foodies & Fun Package. Also included is a theme or color scheme for your event with modest decorations to include helium balloons.

*All packages are allotted 5hrs from the time you walk in til the time you leave. You are paying to occupy the facility so this includes your set-up and tear down. Time slots are as follows:
Friday: 5 pm - 10 pm or 6 pm - 11 pm
Saturday: 10 am - 3 pm or 4 pm - 9 pm (this time slot can shift to accommodate more adult friendly parties up until 11 pm).
Sunday: 12 pm- 5 pm

Don't need 5 hours then utilize our $50 hourly rate

In order to reserve your date, you must pay half the rental cost as the deposit, with the remaining balance due 1 week prior to the event. Visit our website to book your party.
