More about Tre Enoteca

Chef Dady Brings his Famed-Award Winning Tuscan Italian to the North Side of San Antonio
Tre Enoteca is Chef Jason Dady’s second Tuscan Italian location in San Antonio, bringing his signature Tuscan-inspired flavors to the North side, yet offering uniqueness in both ambiance and flavors.
Located at The Alley on Bitters, Tre Enoteca space has been completely renovated with the guiding hand of architect Jonathan Card of Urbanist Design. “We reimagined the space by creating a new sequence of entry and arrival at the main focal point of the restaurant, the Chef's Table.
While the menu features Cast Iron Fried Chicken on Wednesday and Wagyu Meatballs with Spaghetti on Fridays, selections vary from Tre Trattoria in Alamo Heights. Namely, the pastas are house-made utilizing an imported Italian pasta extruder, where semolina dough is forced into traditional pasta shapes. “The extruded pastas are chewier and denser, offering textures that hold sauces based on the shape. I especially enjoy the Creste de Gallo with Smoked Chicken Ragu, Olive and Black Pepper Crema,” Dady explains.
Additionally, the Italian Wood Oven offers wood fired pizzas including the classic Margherita with fresh mozzarella, San Marzano tomato fresca and sweet basil. Not to be missed are the unforgettable favorites like the Goat Cheese Grilled Sandwiches with Tomato Jam, Pulled-to-Order Mozzarella with Sea Salt, and the Wild Boar Ragu with Radiatore, Arugula, Red Wine and Pimento.
With a new bar and lounge space that connects the space with the outdoor patio and river stone fireplace, guests will enjoy a wine list featuring over 15 wines by the glass and over 50 bottle selections from both new and old world. Signature hand-crafted cocktails and barrel aged spirits are forefront and offerings of local craft bottle beers are available.
