CrossFit is unlike anything you've done to get in shape before. The reason you keep hearing about it is because it works and... it's fun. Our gym isn’t full of women with their earbuds in, keeping to themselves on an elliptical. It isn’t full of plasma screen TVs, or 30 guys in cut off shirts flexing in front of a mirror. Our gym is full of real men and real women working hard. It’s full of athletes motivating each other, working together as a team, becoming physically and mentally stronger.

We at CrossFit Uproar have may specialty certifications from Kettlebell, Advanced Kettlebell, Gymnastics, Advanced Gymnastics, Mobility, Powerlifting, Football/Power Athlete, Rowing, Endurance, Coaches Prep, CrossFit Kids as well as underground strength and USAW Sports Performance.
