VR Cycling Coach

VR Cycling Coach is an innovative and goal specific program that allows the coach and athlete to build tangible gains.

All training programs begin with a baseline assessment of power and fitness level. Based on initial data, VR Cycling Coach will create a personalized workout plan that provides feedback to constantly adjust the training program on an individual basis.

Athletes will use any type of power meter, CompuTrainer and/or Wahoo KICKR to assess baseline fitness and conduct individualized workout programs. Since all athletes are different at their current fitness and the ability to achieve gains, VR Cycling Coach uses power data to constantly provide feedback and allow for variation in training plans for desired outcomes. Whether the athlete is training for an Ironman or a local criterium, the system is individualized from workout to workout in order to optimize maximum power performance and fitness.

Initial FTP testing gives the starting point to create the plan that is customized to you, whether you are a beginner, road racer, triathlete or pro!
