I began my career in real estate back in 1991 when I helped my Grandfather prepare real estate appraisals and build residential homes. I graduated college in 1997 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. My professional career includes over 10 years working in various Financial related roles at Dell, Inc as well as owning and operating Whiteside Insurance Agency, LLC from 2006 to present day. My background has given me the ability to combine my analytical and sales skills together to better assist my clients properly market and/or purchase property. My professional background as an insurance agent has given me a unique insight as to the rarely considered Replacement Cost of a home. Much of the real estate industry focuses on Market Value. Thus, when a client purchases or sells a home, I can assist the new owner better value their home to ensure their investment can be re-built at the current cost of construction.
