Western Pacific Railroad Museum

The Museum is located on 37 acres in Plumas County California, 50 miles due north of Truckee CA at the entrance to the beautiful Feather River Canyon in the City of Portola. We have 140 pieces of equipment and are a hands on museum. We also have a "Run-A-Locomotive" program where you can be the engineer for an hour. Details for that program is at www.runalocomotive.com
