Williams Street Repertory began as a reading series in residence at Raue Center for the Arts in 2009. Since then, it has grown into a full season repertory company producing a wide array of programs. In 2016, it entered into a contract with Actors Equity Association, making WSR the only professional theater in McHenry County.
