Tueday - Gentle - Suitable for those new to yoga and students seeking a softer class.

Thursday - Moderate Flow - Suitable for moderate-intermediate level students using breath and poses to create a Vinyasa flow.

Saturday - Meditation Class - Suitable for all students. Gentle yoga poses lead you to a place where you can sit and allow stillness to create peace and well-being.

Monday classes - 1/23-6/11- 6:00 - 7:30 p.m.
Tuesday classes - 1/24-2/21, 3/6-4/3 & 4/12-5/10 - 5:30 - 7:00 p.m
Thursday - 1/19-2/16, 3/1-3/29 & 4/12-5/10 - 6:30 - 8:00 p.m.
