Yoga Younion is the St Helens community's own dedicated local Yoga studio. Our Schedule includes something for everyone. Whether you are brand new to Yoga or a long time practitioner we welcome you.
Owner and instructor April Helton is a Yoga Alliance certified instructor holding her 200hr RYT and is pursuing her 500hr as well. April teaches with an emphasis on safety while building flexibility, balance, strength, self confidence and inner peace. We believe that there is an element of Yoga that will resonate with everyone and are here to support you whether you come to your mat for physical, mental or spiritual benefits.
Deciding to pursue a Yoga practice is deeply satisfying on many levels. Unifying the mind body connection, students feel stronger and more at ease within their own bodies. Yoga facilities an inner stillness assisting us in managing life's changing circumstances. By reducing stress and anxiety we are better able to make healthy choices, regulate our emotional response and connect with our best self.
