Our strength and conditioning programs are designed for combat logical strength and conditioning. Our focus is to design a durable, tough, and resilient individual that can perform under pressure and stress! CCB has 3 programs to choose from classes, private small group classes, and 1 on 1s! Programs here at CCB start at $65 month. The foundation of our programs is authentic boxing without the pressure of competition. Competition is volunteer only and an individual will never be asked to compete or spare. An average day consist of 6 to 12 stations 3 of those stations are strength and conditioning focused the rest of the rounds are geared toward authentic boxing, kickboxing, or close quarter hand to hand combat for self-defense purposes. CCBs staff has a combined experience of 60+ years, 7 deployments overseas, 20 years of military and police experience, and our striking system is combat tested.
